Partnering with local flavor makers

Are you a local business that grows, makes, or creates something delicious here on Kaua‘i? Whether you run a restaurant, roast coffee, craft chocolate, or harvest local produce, I’d love to connect and share your story in The Island Spirit Kitchen — my online recipe newsletter dedicated to celebrating the flavors of Hawai‘i and The Spirit of Aloha™.

Each feature is inspired by island ingredients and the spirit of collaboration — showing readers how the flavors of Kōloa Rum and local businesses come together in both food and cocktails.

Starting January 1, 2026, I’ll be opening a few collaboration spots each month for local businesses who’d like to share their story and reach a wider audience through creative, recipe-driven storytelling.

Together, we can:

• Create a custom recipe feature using, pairing or complimenting your product with Kōloa Rum

• Develop branded content for your website or social media

• Share your story with a growing audience of food and rum enthusiasts around the world
